​The Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) has introduced Biz AI, an Agentic AI platform developed as part of SSM’s digital transformation initiative to enhance the efficiency of service delivery to customers. 

Biz AI aims to provide an alternative channel for SSM customers to obtain faster responses to any enquiries, while offering a more modern and innovative service experience. 

For the initial phase, Biz AI will only handle enquiries related to the Registration of Businesses Act 1956.
